Jim Bradford Passes

Fiddler Jim Bradford - long-time friend of the Williams Family, (and band member for a number of years after the loss of Larry Williams) passed away on March 1, 2012. 

Jim was a long-time fixture in the West Michigan music scene.  Many of us remember him from Rem Wall's Green Valley Jamboree TV show, where he played fiddle for 25 years.   He leaves behind a long musical legacy, entering (and winning) many fiddle contests, and visiting many nursing homes in his later years with Bob Rowe and Rendal Wall.  He recorded a solo CD of fiddle music, and his fiddle was featured on a number of CD's recorded by local and regional artists.  Jim left behind his loving wife of nearly 60 years - Vi - and is missed by West Michigan music lovers.
